Job summary

GeoEngineers is seeking a Project Accounting Coordinator in Redmond, WA to ensure the quality and accuracy of the ERP project accounting database. You will review client invoices, maintain processes, and support the Project Accounting Manager and Senior Accounting Manager on a range of activities.

The role requires a Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance, 2 years in corporate accounting (professional services preferred), strong Excel skills, and experience with ERP systems, preferably Deltek

Responsibilities

• Monitors daily entry of project and client information into the ERP system and ensures data accuracy and compliance.
• Builds and runs standard and customized queries and reports to support project accounting needs.
• Maintains project accounting database processes, procedures and documentation.
