Job summary

Protingent Staffing is seeking a Program Manager - Business PMO for a contract role in Santa Clara, CA. You will oversee end-to-end project lifecycles, establish governance, and deliver executive-ready updates across IT, Sales, Marketing, and Product teams.

The role requires 3–5+ years in program/project management, familiarity with SAP ERP implementations, and strong communication skills to influence stakeholders up to the C-suite.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of program/project management experience, preferably with SAP IBP and SAP S/4HANA ERP implementations.
• Bachelor's degree required or preferred.
• Proven ability to drive multi-phase projects end to end (Plan/Build/SIT/UAT/Cutover).
• Experience with SIT/UAT strategies, defect triage, regression planning and cutover runbooks.
• Hands-on with JIRA and collaborative tooling in an agile delivery model.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate end-to-end lifecycle of interrelated projects within programs; define objectives, scope and milestones.
• Build governance, plans, schedules, and templates for cross-functional projects (IT, Sales, Marketing, Product).
• Deliver consistent program updates to stakeholders and executives; take minutes and communicate progress.
• Define SIT/UAT governance, test scripts, data, defect triage, retesting and go/no-go criteria.
• Coordinate with vendors for fixes and regression testing before retesting.
