Job summary

CRH Americas Materials Inc. is seeking a Sr. IT Project Manager Cutover Lead to orchestrate cutover activities across SAP S4 Hana go-lives.

The role demands coordinating cross-workstream tasks, managing dependencies, and delivering a seamless transition to the new ERP environment. Candidate must possess extensive SAP project experience, strong leadership, and excellent communication with senior management and stakeholders.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience on SAP IT projects.
• Minimum 5+ years on SAP cutover implementations.
• Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science or equivalent technical degree.

Responsibilities

• Plan, schedule and track cutover timelines, milestones and deliverables.
• Define scope and goals for cutover across senior management and stakeholders.
• Develop and manage full-scale cutover plans and communications for projects.
• Set and manage project expectations with team members and stakeholders.
• Identify and mitigate cutover dependencies and risks.
• Coordinate the efforts of project team members and contractors.
• Build and grow relationships vital to program success.
