Job summary

Qualifications

• 5+ years of project or program management experience, including ERP systems or technical business apps
• Experience with an enterprise ERP platform; Oracle Fusion preferred; SAP is relevant
• Understanding of how ERP supports Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain
• Strong written and verbal communication, including executive-level status reporting

Responsibilities

• Own ERP initiatives across the full program lifecycle: initiation, planning, execution, monitoring, delivery and closure
• Coordinate with Finance, Accounting, Manufacturing, and Supply Chain ERP teams to translate priorities into work
• Maintain ERP team backlog, priorities, owners, status and documentation; ensure Jira reflects status
• Interface with vendors on scheduling, deliverables, and contract alignment (non-budgetary)
