Job summary

Columbus State Community College is seeking an ERP Project Manager to lead multiple ERP initiatives in the College ERP System. This role coordinates internal teams and external vendors from project inception to delivery, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and student success initiatives.

The ideal candidate has extensive project management experience, lead responsibilities from idea through closeout, and strong collaboration skills to manage scope, budget and timelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree. Progressively responsible experience in project management, leading projects from idea through implementation and close out.

Responsibilities

• Manages multiple ERP projects from initiation to closure, ensuring scope, budget and customer expectations are met.
• Identifies and secures required resources and external vendors as needed for project success.
• Develops project charters and work breakdown structures; tracks deliverables and timelines.
• Performs risk identification, analysis and documentation; maintains risk register and mitigation plans.
• Reviews deliverables and ensures quality assurance; drafts key decision documents and impact analyses.
• Fosters a respectful, inclusive environment and supports collaboration across faculty, staff, students, and partners.
