Job summary

The role leads strategic ERP governance, optimization, and rollout across Dynamics GP, Dynamics 365 BC, and Finance & Supply Chain Management, aligning technology with business objectives.

You will collaborate with IT and senior leaders in Finance, HR, Operations, and Supply Chain to enable scalable, integrated processes, oversee budget

Qualifications

• 8–10+ years of ERP management experience, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
• Proven experience leading ERP system selection and large-scale implementations.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics Finance and Supply Chain Management.

Responsibilities

• Define and drive the enterprise ERP strategy and multi-year roadmap aligned with organizational goals.
• Lead ERP system selection, including business case development, vendor evaluation, and executive alignment.
• Oversee full lifecycle ERP implementations, including design, configuration, testing, deployment, and post-go-live optimization.
• Drive business process transformation by leveraging ERP capabilities to improve efficiency, data integrity, and scalability.
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders to ensure ERP systems support business processes.
