Job summary

You will lead project teams, address risks, and collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to align goals with business objectives.

This role involves managing financials, timelines, and resources across complex initiatives, with travel up to 50% and US work authorization.

Qualifications

• Experience managing ERP software implementation projects.
• Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall project management methodologies.
• Experience leading project teams and ensuring project delivery within scope, budget, and timeline.
• Discrete manufacturing industry expertise.
• Willingness to travel up to 50%.
• Legal authorization to work permanently in the United States without requiring a visa transfer or sponsorship.

Responsibilities

• Ensure project completion within defined scope, timeline, and budget, managing profitability, resource scheduling, and revenue forecasting.
• Identify and mitigate risks throughout the project lifecycle, implementing corrective actions as required.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams, delegating tasks to meet project milestones.
• Provide regular project status reports to clients and internal stakeholders, detailing progress, risks, and solutions.
• Facilitate communication among project teams, clients, and leadership, addressing issues and providing updates as necessary.
• Support pre-sales activities and identify opportunities for additional services within existing projects.
