Brooks is implementing Infor CloudSuite to replace on‑premises Infor M3 13.4, a multi‑year program with executive visibility. The Principal ERP Program Manager will lead Senior Project Managers across regions, shaping budgets, resources, and governance while partnering with Infor’s delivery teams.

This role requires evidence‑based recommendations, cross‑workstream coordination, and proactive risk management to ensure on‑time delivery and value realization for Brooks’ enterprise platform

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading large multi‑region enterprise technology programs
• End‑to‑end Cloud ERP implementation experience
• Strong executive communication and governance skills
• Experience with budget planning and resourcing for large ERP programs
• Proven ability to drive cross‑functional outcomes across IT and business

Responsibilities

• Lead Senior Project Managers across workstreams and regions
• Own program budget, resources, and timeline estimates
• Manage relationships with Infor as systems integrator and vendor
• Define and price changes, ensure governance and escalation paths
• Drive release governance and post‑go‑live optimization
