Job summary

Brooks Running is seeking a Principal ERP Program Manager in Seattle to lead a multi-year Infor CloudSuite implementation replacing on-premises M3. You will partner with Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, and executives, owning budgets, governance, and long‑term roadmap.

You will build credible estimates, manage risk, and drive cross‑functional execution, including post‑go‑live governance and AI-powered productivity initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent with strong information systems knowledge.
• 10+ years leading large-scale, multi-region enterprise technology programs with accountability.
• Experience delivering Cloud ERP programs (Infor CloudSuite or similar).
• Executive-level communication and stakeholder management required.

Responsibilities

• Lead integrated planning and deliver across Finance, Supply Chain, and Sales/Customer Service.
• Own the four-tier governance model and drive decision-making.
• Manage program budget, resources, and cadence with senior stakeholders.
• Lead and coach Senior Project Managers across workstreams and regions.
• Oversee vendor management with Infor as systems integrator and software vendor.
• Drive Change Management, adoption, and post-go-live governance and improvements.
