Job summary

Timken in Ogden, Utah is seeking a Production Control Clerk to support production schedules and the flow of materials and transactions between departments.

You will generate production orders, record data in the ERP system (SAP preferred), and help ensure accuracy, efficiency, and on-time delivery.

A High School Diploma/GED and at least 2 years in a manufacturing environment are required; strong communication, organization, and problem‑solving skills are essential.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 2 years of manufacturing experience.
• Experience with ERP systems, SAP preferred.

Responsibilities

• Reviews production and shipment schedules to determine material requirements and priorities for production.
• Generates production orders and records production data in the system.
• Maintains documentation pertaining to production and inventory records.
• Supports inventory cycle counting to identify root causes of discrepancies.
