Job summary

The University of Missouri System is seeking a Procure-to-Pay Pillar Lead to own the P2P workstream of the ERP Forward Program. This role will guide design decisions, validate ERP functionality, coordinate stakeholder participation, and lead testing and readiness activities across the University’s academic and administrative entities.

You will drive adoption of new procurement, sourcing, and payment processes, manage vendor relationships, and ensure policy alignment and successful deployment

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience with five years of relevant experience.
• ERP implementation and enterprise software experience, preferably Oracle Fusion or Workday.
• Strong accounting, analytical and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Leads Procure-to-Pay implementation resources and manages related staff.
• Represents current-state procurement, sourcing, and accounts payable operations.
• Drives decisions with stakeholders and escalates policy changes through governance.
• Reviews ERP design, validates configuration against policy and campus requirements.
• Develops test plans and leads participation in unit, end-to-end, and user acceptance testing.
