Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or associate degree in IT, business systems, or related field or equivalent experience.
• Experience supporting business applications, ERP, or system improvements.
• Familiarity with Microsoft 365 administration and Power Platform tools.
• Experience building low-code apps, workflows, and dashboards.
• Understanding ERP concepts: order management, inventory, finance, and security.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP selection: requirements, mapping, vendor evaluation, and decision support.
• Manage ERP implementation: timelines, testing, data migration, training, go-live readiness.
• Optimize post-go-live: capture improvements, document requirements, coordinate changes.
• Design and support low-code apps using Power Apps, Automate, BI, and Dataverse.
• Develop integrations, forms, dashboards, and automated processes.
• Provide application support across ERP, WMS, CRM, QMS, and finance systems.
• Collaborate with IT and business units to translate needs into solutions.
• Maintain system configuration and change documentation.
• Liaise among users, vendors, consultants, and leadership.
