Job summary

TDIndustries in Dallas seeks an experienced leader to manage the Enterprise Applications team responsible for Microsoft Dynamics 365 FSC/CE and related ERP ecosystems. You will oversee delivery, operations, and enhancements, working with Azure DevOps to plan and track work, and partnering with IT Product Owners on roadmaps and user stories.

The role requires 8+ years in IT with 3+ years leading technical teams and expertise in Dynamics 365, Power Platform, and related Microsoft tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in information systems, computer science or related field.
Microsoft Dynamics 365 certification and Azure DevOps or agile/project management certification preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads the Enterprise Applications team delivering D365 FSC and CE, acting as service and product manager for ERP applications and connected systems.
Oversees operations: patching, releases, backups, security roles, licensing, and vendor/Microsoft support case management.
Uses Azure DevOps to plan, track work, manage backlogs, sprints, and metrics for throughput and service levels.
Partners with IT Product Owners to build roadmaps and refine backlogs, translating business needs into user stories and acceptance criteria.
Provides architectural oversight for ERP ecosystem, reviews solution designs, and enforces development standards.
