Job summary

Trident Systems in Fairfax, VA or Sterling, VA is seeking an ERP Administrator to manage Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central, PowerBI dashboards, and related processes.

You will collaborate with Finance, Operations, Supply Chain, Customer Service and Manufacturing to optimize system usage, ensure data integrity, and implement enhancements.

The role requires a bachelor’s degree and 0–2 years of experience; Dynamics 365 BC certifications are a plus; a competitive benefits package is offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Business Administration or similar.
• 0-2 years experience.
• Experience in maintaining large database systems.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to execute tasks independently.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for end user requests related to ERP and PowerBI system.
• Troubleshoot functional issues and escalate tickets as needed.
• Execute basic user training in response to errors or points of clarification.
• Maintain user profiles, permissions and configuration settings in accordance with business processes and policies.
• Perform routine configuration and maintenance activities.
• Support software updates, testing and validation activities in coordination with external and internal stakeholders.
• Assist in maintaining documentation and user guides in support of the ERP system.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
