Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is seeking a Senior Manager, ERP Technical Product Manager (TPM) to lead the Deliver product team within the Global Vision ERP product group and provide platform stewardship for the Global Surgical Vision ERP platform.

The role may be based in Raritan, NJ; Jacksonville, FL; or Irvine, CA, and requires guiding work from discovery through deployment to achieve reliable, compliant business operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, CS, Engineering, or related field.
• 8+ years in ERP or supply chain technology with SAP ECC and/or SAP S/4HANA.
• Experience leading global ERP deployments or major deployments from design to go-live.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills across business and tech teams.
• Knowledge of lifecycle management, release governance, and platform reliability.

Responsibilities

• Define and communicate vision, strategy, roadmap, and outcomes for the Deliver product and ERP platform.
• Lead demand intake, discovery, prioritization, estimation, and portfolio planning with stakeholders.
• Balance customer value, regulatory needs, and technical feasibility when setting priorities.
• Maintain backlog of features, enablers, and technical debt.
• Coordinate delivery across SAP teams and enterprise partners.
• Guide work from intake through deployment and value realization.
• Establish standards for design, release, testing, and documentation.
• Coordinate release calendars, downtime planning, and migrations.
• Ensure incidents and defects have clear owners and remediation plans.
