Job summary

SOLV Energy is seeking an Operations Training Manager to design, develop, and deliver ERP training for Operations end users across enterprise-wide and unit-specific processes.

The role supports in-person and virtual sessions, collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure content aligns with standards. A flexible work arrangement includes remote or hybrid work with in-office presence as needed.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of EPC construction experience in roles such as Project Engineer, Project Manager, Superintendent, or Project Controller.
• Strong project management, budgeting, monthly forecasting, and ERP management experience.
• Hands-on experience with an ERP; CMiC experience preferred.
• Proficiency with virtual training tools (Zoom, Teams).
• Strong communication and presentation skills; able to train diverse audiences.
• Willingness to travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Design and deliver interactive training sessions for Operations end users.
• Utilize workshops, webinars, and e-learning modules to deliver content.
• Create and maintain training materials including guides and presentations.
• Tailor content to roles and workflows to maximize relevance.
• Develop and maintain a schedule for training development and deployment.
• Collaborate with Digital Solutions, BU Operations, and PMO to reflect standards.
• Coordinate with SMEs to validate training materials.
• Gather feedback to assess training effectiveness and drive improvements.
• Maintain a training resources repository for end users.
• Provide ongoing support for ERP-related questions and troubleshooting.
• Travel to company offices and jobsites for in-person training.
• Complete other responsibilities as assigned.
