Job summary

Core Health & Fitness seeks a Business Systems Analyst - Operations to bridge business operations and technology for ERP systems. You will gather requirements for Distribution and Sales Order Processing in Oracle EBS, support integrations, and drive process improvements across the ERP ecosystem.

You will partner with stakeholders, manage project scopes, and contribute to ongoing production support and reporting. A strong background in ERP concepts and SQL is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, information systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Four to six years of experience as a business systems analyst within an ERP environment, ideally including Distribution, Sales Order Processing, or Order-to-Cash processes.
• Functional knowledge of ERP concepts and experience with Oracle E-Business Suite; familiarity with Salesforce.com is a plus.
• Strong communication, organizational, and stakeholder-management skills; ability to manage multiple priorities and drive requirements sessions.
• Working knowledge of SQL for data analysis and issue investigation; experience with integrations a plus.

Responsibilities

• Act as liaison between business operations and technology teams to implement ERP solutions.
• Gather, document, and validate requirements for Distribution and Sales Order Processing workflows in Oracle EBS.
• Support integration points between Oracle EBS and other systems; coordinate testing and issue resolution.
• Manage scope, schedule, and budgets for ERP initiatives; lead UAT sessions with users.
• Write and maintain SQL queries and reports to support analysis and validation.
• Collaborate with vendors for ERP implementations and production support.
