Targetti USA, Inc. is seeking a Production Planner to develop and maintain production schedules aligning demand, materials, and capacity for on-time delivery.

You will partner with production, warehouse, inventory, and sales teams to manage work orders, monitor ESDs, and support efficient production operations through ERP/MRP data management. The role requires 3–5 years in production planning, with SAP/MRP experience, strong analytical skills, and a collaborative approach to improve planning

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in the specified fields.
• 3-5 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing, operations, or related role.
• Experience in manufacturing or assembly environment preferred.
• Proficient in ERP/MRP planning systems (SAP preferred) to create and maintain production schedules.
• Strong understanding of MRP, capacity planning, inventory planning, and production control principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain daily and weekly production schedules within the ERP/MRP planning system.
• Review system-generated planning recommendations to support production flow and on-time delivery.
• Prioritize production priorities and sequence work orders to meet delivery commitments.
• Coordinate with production teams to ensure work is completed as scheduled.
• Monitor production progress and adjust schedules in response to changes in priorities or constraints.
• Identify bottlenecks, capacity issues, and scheduling risks and recommend corrective actions.
• Calculate production, quality inspection, and packing timelines to establish accurate ESDs.
• Maintain accurate ESDs within the ERP/MRP system and communicate changes to stakeholders.
• Release and track sample orders to support customer and sales requirements.
• Investigate and correct improperly processed or closed work orders to maintain data accuracy.
• Collaborate with purchasing and inventory to resolve material issues and support continuity.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives in planning processes and production flow.
