Job summary

MARGO in the United States seeks an experienced ERP Migration Project Manager to drive the strategic migration from SAP ECC, BFC, and Anaplan to Oracle Fusion Cloud (EPM). The role requires coordinating business teams, governance, and system integrators to ensure a smooth transition.

The successful candidate will plan migration phases, monitor progress, manage risks, and deliver clear status updates while maintaining strong analytical and communication skills and fluent English.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in leading ERP migration projects.
• Strong knowledge of business processes supported by ERP systems.
• Proven ability to coordinate projects involving multiple stakeholders.
• Very strong analytical and communication skills.
• Fluent English proficiency (mandatory).

Responsibilities

• Lead migration activities from SAP ECC / BFC / Anaplan to Oracle Fusion Cloud (EPM).
• Coordinate collaboration between business teams, Data Governance, and system integrator.
• Plan and supervise migration phases according to the approved schedule.
• Leveraging knowledge of functional objects and business processes to ensure consistency across migration activities.
• Monitor the system integrator's progress and hold them accountable for agreed deliverable commitments.
• Identify risks, dependencies, and blockers, and ensuring their prompt escalation.
• Preparing progress reports and consolidating necessary project information.
• Preparing and facilitating status meetings.
• Coordinating activities through to the successful completion of the migration.
