EVCO Plastics is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Specialist to own and support the DELMIAWorks/IQMS ERP environment, EDI flow, security, and integrations at our DeForest facility in Wisconsin. You will partner with IT and plant teams to keep systems stable, secure, and aligned with day-to-day operations.

The role includes administration, configuration, and troubleshooting; ensuring proper user access; supporting audits; coordinating with vendors and internal stakeholders; and driving continuous

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of end-to-end manufacturing experience.
• 1-3 years with ERP, enterprise applications, or manufacturing technology.

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot DELMIAWorks/IQMS and related applications.
• Monitor and support EDI transactions, mapping, testing and issue resolution.
• Manage ERP users, roles, permissions and access controls.
• Support audits, change control and compliance.
• Drive root-cause analysis on system and integration issues.
• Coordinate with vendors, customers and internal stakeholders.
• Deliver end-user support and training and maintain system documentation.
• Contribute to upgrades, implementations and continuous improvement.
