Job summary

Faith Technologies, Inc. is seeking a data entry and ERP master data coordinator to oversee master data guidelines and drive data quality improvements.

You’ll work with users across the organization to optimize ERP master data practices and support system reporting and dashboards for evolving business needs. Responsibilities include training staff on data entry best practices, coordinating mass data entry, and ensuring compliance with data governance standards.

Qualifications

• Experience with ERP or related software
• Experience with master data related to manufacturing, construction, financials
• Capability to coordinate work with cross functional teams
• Development and adherence to business standards

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain data entry guidelines and procedures to streamline data input and minimize errors.
• Provide training and support to staff on data entry best practices and ERP system usage.
• Coordinate mass data entry processes to ensure accuracy and consistency across the ERP system.
• Collaborate with various departments to aid in the development of system reporting based on changing business needs.
• Monitor data entry accuracy to ensure compliance with established data governance and standards.
• Train users on data reporting capabilities and share new technologies for improved analytics over time.
• Analyze system data to identify discrepancies, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement.
• Drive the development and implementation of data quality improvement initiatives.
• Work with Business Technology and other stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and enhance system functionality.
• Manage the data obsolescence process.
• Ensure data security and confidentiality in accordance with company policies and regulations.
• Performs other related duties as required and assigned.
