Job summary

Takeda is seeking an ERP Master Data Management Specialist in Los Angeles to maintain item master data, BOM structures, and planning parameters across ERP systems. You will ensure data integrity, support MRP/MPS activities, and collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, and Finance teams.

The role emphasizes data quality, process improvement, and ERP system enhancements, including JD Edwards, SAP, SQL, Power BI, and Tableau, with 100% on-site presence in LA.

Qualifications

• Experience in master data management, ERP systems, and supply chain operations.
• Understanding of BOMs, planning parameters, and inventory control.
• Strong attention to detail and data accuracy.
• Ability to analyze data, investigate discrepancies, and identify improvements.
• Experience with MRP, MPS, forecast uploads, and planning processes.
• Familiarity with JD Edwards (JDE), SAP, SQL, Power BI, Tableau.
• Experience in regulated manufacturing is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Maintain global master data standards ensuring accuracy.
• Create and maintain item master and branch data with required fields.
• Maintain BOM structures to support manufacturing.
• Review BOMs and master data for discrepancies.
• Support planning activities including MPS uploads.
• Support MRP activities and data integrity.
• Develop SOPs for master data and BOM management.
• Ensure documentation follows SOX and GMP requirements.
• Analyze data quality and identify improvement opportunities.
• Develop reports, metrics, and dashboards on data quality.
• Collaborate with Quality, Regulatory, Manufacturing, Finance, etc.
• Contribute to ERP enhancements and future transformations.
• Use ERP tools (JD Edwards, SAP, SQL, Power BI, Tableau) for data maintenance and reporting.
