Job summary

Johns Hopkins University is seeking an ERP Manager to lead implementation, upgrades, and support of enterprise business and administrative technology solutions that support the university and health system. The role collaborates with central IT leadership to deliver ERP capabilities for operations.

You will plan, manage projects, coordinate resources, and ensure on-time, on-budget delivery, while maintaining security and regulatory compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in computer science, MIS, business administration, or a related field.
• Ten years broad experience in a senior IT/business role.
• Equivalency may substitute for education/experience per policy.

Responsibilities

• Provides input and formulates plans; implements plans for EBS/Sightline, IT and business owners.
• Implements technology solutions meeting departmental needs and larger organization requirements.
• Helps establish budgetary goals and prioritizes initiatives.
• Participates in technology policy and practice development for security and compliance.
• Follows project management methodologies as prescribed by leadership.
• Represents IT leadership in IT policy/procedure meetings across the institution.
• Manages customer relationships and adherence to SLAs; fosters excellent customer service.
• Maintains cross-functional collaboration with leadership, business owners and end users.
• Establishes and maintains ties with colleagues to ensure coordination of effort.
• Maintains relationships with technology vendors for enterprise initiatives.
• Designs, develops, and applies technical solutions to satisfy business needs and operations.
• Manages multiple IT projects including requirements gathering, planning, delegation, and progress monitoring.
• Ensures solutions align with objectives and deliver expected results.
• Recruits, develops, retains and mentors staff; assigns tasks; provides guidance.
