Job summary

Capax RM in New York City is seeking an ERP Systems Analyst / Business Central Specialist to own the Dynamics 365 BC environment, collaborating with operations, finance, supply chain, and external technology partners to drive performance and continuous improvement. Following the NAV migration, you will be the internal BC expert, supporting users, managing vendors, and helping maximize the BC investment.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on experience supporting Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central (NAV experience welcomed).
• Experience working with EDI, retailer compliance, and third-party integrations.
• Knowledge of warehouse, inventory, supply chain, and order fulfilment processes.
• Comfortable managing external vendors and acting as the primary ERP contact.

Responsibilities

• Act as the internal owner and SME for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across the ERP environment.
• Manage the relationship with external Business Central and EDI partners, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
• Support warehouse, supply chain, purchasing, finance, and order fulfilment processes within Business Central.
• Coordinate EDI activities, including retailer compliance, ASN management, and third-party integrations.
• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather requirements, improve workflows, and identify system enhancements.
• Support future upgrades, testing, user training, and documentation.

Location: New York City (On-site)

We are partnering with a well-established manufacturing and distribution business to hire an ERP Systems Manager with strong Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central experience.

Following a successful migration from Microsoft Dynamics NAV to Business Central, the business is looking for someone who can take ownership of the ERP environment, working closely with operations, finance, supply chain, and external technology partners to drive system performance and continuous improvement.

This is a highly visible role where you'll become the internal Business Central expert, supporting users, managing third-party vendors, and helping the business maximise its investment in BC.

• Act as the internal owner and subject matter expert for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Provide day-to-day support, troubleshooting, and continuous improvement across the ERP environment.
• Manage the relationship with external Business Central and EDI partners, ensuring issues are resolved efficiently.
• Support warehouse, supply chain, purchasing, finance, and order fulfilment processes within Business Central.

Requirements

• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work across finance, operations, and IT teams.
• Experience with SPSCommerce, ASN management, or large retail trading partners.
• Experience working alongside Microsoft Partners on Business Central implementations or support.
• Exposure to Business Central implementations, upgrades, or post-go-live support.
