Job summary

Vertiv in Westerville, Ohio seeks a Sr. Manager, Integration Architecture to define and govern the integration architecture for M&A transactions.

The role drives repeatable integration patterns and guardrails across identity, applications, data, infrastructure, cloud and security, partnering with Enterprise Architecture, Cybersecurity, and Infrastructure teams. Responsibilities include Day 1 readiness, cost-predictable delivery, and long-term value realization through standardized architecture

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in solutions/enterprise architecture or technology integration roles.
• Experience supporting mergers, acquisitions, divestitures, or complex enterprise transformation initiatives.
• Strong understanding of identity, security, cloud platforms, and data architecture.
• Ability to translate business integration objectives into structured architecture approaches.
• Experience operating in global, matrixed environments.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the technical authority for IT integration architecture across M&A transactions.
• Define integration patterns balancing speed, cost, scalability, and risk; align with enterprise standards.
• Define future-state architecture across applications, infrastructure, identity, security, and data domains.
• Develop standardized integration patterns for full integration, carve-out, and hybrid coexistence.
• Provide architectural oversight to ensure consistent implementation of integration patterns across workstreams.
• Identify technical risks and cost implications during due diligence and planning.
• Enable scalable environments supporting enterprise growth and operational efficiency.
