Job summary

Butcher's by Roli Roti in California is seeking an IT Manager to own and oversee the IT function for a growing food manufacturing operation in San Leandro. You will operate hands-on while building systems and processes to scale the business, with a focus on ERP ownership and cross-functional collaboration.

You will lead ERP administration, infrastructure, security, and vendor management, partnering with Finance, Operations, Production, and Supply Chain to optimize workflows and reporting.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience in manufacturing or similar operations.
• Experience supporting ERP systems (Plex, NetSuite, SAP or similar).
• Hands-on networking, hardware, cloud apps, and IT infra knowledge.
• Ability to set strategy and troubleshoot in a lean IT environment.
• Strong project management, communication, and stakeholder management.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT/CS or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Own and oversee IT function including infrastructure, support, security, vendors, and technology planning.
• Own ERP system administration, integrations, upgrades, and user access.
• Provide day-to-day IT support for office and manufacturing floor.
• Manage IT assets, procurement, licensing, and vendor relationships.
• Build a technology roadmap aligned with company growth.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Operations, Finance, Production, Supply Chain).
