Job summary

Partners Personnel in San Leandro, CA is seeking an IT Manager to own and run the company’s IT function, supporting a growing food manufacturing operation and implementing scalable systems.

You will own ERP, coordinate with Finance, Operations, Production, and Supply Chain, and work with external partners to improve workflows, reporting, and security as the business grows. This is a hands-on leadership role with vendor management.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of progressive IT experience in manufacturing or similar environment.
• Experience supporting or implementing ERP systems such as Plex, NetSuite, SAP, or similar platforms.
• Hands-on experience with networking, hardware, cloud applications, and user administration.
• Experience in lean IT environments, capable of setting strategy and troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

• Own the company’s IT function, including infrastructure, systems, security, vendors, and technology planning.
• Manage ongoing ERP administration, integrations, user access, data, upgrades, and troubleshooting.
• Provide day-to-day IT support for hardware, software, connectivity, and devices.
• Oversee network infrastructure, cloud services, backups, security, and documentation.
• Lead IT projects from planning to implementation, including ERP upgrades and new tech deployments.
• Partner with Operations, Finance, Production, and Supply Chain to translate needs into tech solutions.
