Job summary

Scion Technology Staffing is seeking an experienced IT Manager for our client, a designer and manufacturer of high-performance industrial roller and engineering-class chains, onsite in Marietta, Georgia. This role is hands-on and owns IT systems, including Acumatica ERP, to support daily operations.

You will oversee technology solutions, manage vendor relationships, deploy and secure equipment, and guide ERP improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience supporting business IT systems and outside providers.
• Experience administering an ERP system; Acumatica experience preferred.
• Working knowledge of PCs, Microsoft 365, user access, networking, printers, and business telephony.
• Ability to translate business processes into practical technical solutions.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for employee technology questions; resolve issues or coordinate with outside providers.
• Purchase, configure, deploy, track, and replace PCs, printers, scanners, and other equipment.
• Manage employee onboarding and offboarding, including equipment, accounts, permissions, and access reviews.
• Administer Acumatica, including users and roles, configuration, workflows, imports, reports, and upgrades.
• Work with accounting, sales, purchasing, production, warehouse, and shipping teams to improve ERP processes.
• Coordinate IT vendors and monitor service quality, costs, and outstanding issues.
• Oversee system security, backups, updates, and recovery planning with outside providers.
• Maintain documentation for systems, procedures, equipment, licenses, and vendor contacts.
• Evaluate new technology and recommend improvements based on business needs.
• Manage IT projects from requirements through testing, rollout, and employee training.
