Job summary

EVCO Plastics is seeking a Manufacturing Systems Specialist to own the DELMIAWorks/IQMS ERP environment, manage EDI flows, access controls, and related integrations while partnering with IT and plant teams to keep systems secure and aligned with day-to-day operations.

You will administer, configure, and troubleshoot ERP applications, monitor EDI activity, manage users and permissions, support audits and change control, and drive root-cause analysis for system issues; also coordinate with vendors

Qualifications

• 3-5 years end-to-end manufacturing experience
• 1-3 years with ERP, enterprise applications, or manufacturing technology

Responsibilities

• Administer, configure, and troubleshoot DELMIAWorks/IQMS and related applications
• Monitor and support EDI transactions (mapping, testing, issue resolution)
• Manage ERP users, roles, permissions, and access controls
• Support audits, compliance, and change control
• Drive root-cause analysis on system/integration issues
• Coordinate with vendors, customers, and internal stakeholders
• Deliver end-user support and training
• Maintain system documentation
• Contribute to upgrades, implementations, and continuous improvement
