Job summary

ExecuSource is seeking an ERP/EDI Subject Matter Expert to support IQMS/DELMIAWorks across multiple manufacturing facilities in Huntersville, NC. You will guide ERP upgrades, manage EDI integrations with customers and suppliers, and mentor other team members.

The role requires hands-on IQMS experience, SQL skills, and the ability to work onsite with occasional travel.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support, configure, troubleshoot, and improve IQMS/DELMIAWorks across facilities.
• Lead IQMS cloud upgrade and consolidate two businesses into a shared ERP environment.
• Support manufacturing, inventory, purchasing, production scheduling, quality, costing, shipping, and warehouse processes.
• Implement and troubleshoot EDI integrations with customers and suppliers.
• Coordinate EDI mapping, testing, onboarding, monitoring, and error resolution.
• Use SQL and database analysis to investigate ERP and integration issues.
• Partner with IT and business teams on testing, process improvements, and automation.
• Develop documentation, train users, and mentor ERP resources.

ERP/EDI Subject Matter Expert – IQMS / DELMIAWorks / Manufacturing

Location: Huntersville, NC

Pay: $95,000–$110,000 annually, based on experience

Schedule: Full‑time, onsite; Monday–Friday, typically 8 AM–5 PM, with a possible 7 AM–4 PM schedule. Occasional travel required.

Our client is a manufacturing organization with multiple facilities and complex production, supply chain, and business operations. Their IT team supports the systems that connect these operations and is preparing for a significant ERP cloud upgrade and consolidation.

They are looking for you, an experienced IQMS/DELMIAWorks professional, to serve as a key resource for ERP support, EDI integrations, and system improvements. This direct hire opportunity offers the chance to guide other team members and help shape how the organization uses its ERP platform. What You Need To Succeed

• Hands‑on IQMS/DELMIAWorks experience is required. Experience with a different ERP alone will not meet this requirement.
• Relevant experience supporting or administering ERP systems in a manufacturing environment.
• Experience with EDI integrations, transaction mapping, testing, and troubleshooting.
• SQL and database analysis skills for investigating system and data issues.
• Understanding of manufacturing and related business processes.
• Strong problem‑solving, communication, documentation, and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work onsite in Huntersville and travel occasionally.
• Experience with ERP upgrades, cloud migrations, or implementations is a plus.
• Expertise in every IQMS module is not required; candidates with strong experience in selected modules and the ability to learn are welcome.
