Job summary

Qualifications

• Must be able to speak, read/comprehend, and write in English.
• Capacity to work overtime as needed.
• Excellent computer skills with aptitude to learn ERP and other systems (Oracle).
• Prior SAP or Oracle experience preferred.
• Have or obtain a forklift certification/license.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Inventory management experience.
• Knowledgeable in manufacturing bills of materials and packaging specifications.
• Must be a team player and take direction well.

Responsibilities

• Reconcile daily production and materials movements to contribute to inventory accuracy.
• Serve as the shop floor key user of ERP and other inventory systems.
• Perform inventory cycle counts daily and report data to the material control department.
• Perform quality checks on stored inventory and discard inventory that does not meet the company’s standards.
• Maintain and update records.
• Prepare reports on price lists, inventory balance, and shortages.
• Research the accuracy of product details and test new products.
• Other tasks as assigned.
