Job summary

Beacon Hill Staffing Group, LLC is seeking a Data Entry Clerk on a temporary basis (3-4+ months) to assist the team with data entry, order entry and inventory support. The role requires experience using ERP systems such as SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Epicor or similar.

Responsibilities include entering and updating inventory in ERP, processing a high volume of orders, and verifying records against documentation. Prior data entry experience and strong attention to detail are preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience using ERP systems for data entry, order entry and inventory support.
• Previous data entry experience in an office or inventory-focused environment.
• Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and ability to handle repetitive tasks.
• Comfortable working independently and managing a high volume of data entry

Responsibilities

• Enter and update inventory information in the ERP system with high accuracy.
• Review and process a high volume of orders per day, entering part numbers with each order.
• Verify inventory records against supporting documentation and flag discrepancies.
• Maintain organized records and support office operations related to inventory tracking, data management, and reporting
