Job summary

Kelco Industries in Woodstock, IL is seeking an Inventory Data Entry Technician to accurately enter, maintain, and audit inventory data in our ERP/MRP system, supporting production, purchasing, and warehouse operations. You will handle daily transactions, maintain item master data, verify reports, process receipts, and assist with physical counts, while promoting safety and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Enter daily inventory transactions into ERP/MRP.
• Maintain item master data including part numbers and locations.
• Verify production reports and material usage for accuracy.
• Process purchase order receipts and resolve discrepancies.
• Assist with physical inventory counts and cycle counts.
• Operate a forklift or perform manual lifts.
• Pull and kit orders for production.
• Investigate and resolve inventory variances with cross-functional teams.
• Generate inventory and transaction reports for management.
• Maintain organized documentation and ensure ISO compliance.
• Support continuous improvement of inventory accuracy.
• Print shop orders and stage parts for production.
• Additional duties as assigned.
