Job summary

Alloy Surfaces Company (ASC) seeks a Warehouse Clerk III to maintain accurate inventory records and support ERP-driven material movements. This role ensures internal controls, assists with cycle counts, and supports kitting and storage across the site.

The position requires 4+ years in warehousing/inventory control, ERP experience, and the ability to work with internal teams to resolve material issues. Forklift experience is preferred and a security clearance may be required.

Qualifications

• Requires 4+ years in warehousing/inventory control for a product manufacturer
• Experience with ERP systems in a manufacturing setting
• Hands-on warehouse operations including shipping/receiving (domestic/international)
• Forklift experience preferred
• Must be eligible for a U.S. Government security clearance

Responsibilities

• Maintain inventory accuracy and support cycle counts
• Kitting materials for production per requirements
• Label, locate, and stock material per procedures
• Data entry for warehousing activities and documentation
• Communicate with internal customers to resolve material or system issues
• Support inventory performance reporting and metrics
• Collaborate with Planning, QA, and Production to resolve issues
• Identify and elevate inventory discrepancies and shortages
