Job summary

Auxo is hiring an Integration Lead for a fast-growing Canadian AI startup digitizing how manufacturers source and buy custom parts, from quoting to purchase order. You’ll own the integrations that connect the platform to customers’ ERP systems, end-to-end: strategy, architecture, and hands-on delivery.

You’ll write production code in both Python and C#/.NET and mentor a small team of engineers. This is a builder-leader role with startup pace, focusing on idempotency, reconciliation, and data

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience delivering integrations for ERP systems in production.
• Proficient in Python or C#/.NET with ability to work in the other language.
• Background shipping integrations from quoting to PO and data reconciliation.

Responsibilities

• Own the integration strategy, architecture, and roadmap across multiple ERP stacks.
• Build and maintain Python (Django/DRF/Celery) and .NET/C# connectors.
• Own the canonical mapping layer and ensure identity is preserved across systems.
• Lead and mentor a small team of integration engineers and set clear testing standards.
• Serve as the primary escalation point for critical incidents and data issues.
• Speed onboarding by improving frameworks, patterns, simulators, and docs.
• Improve reliability with idempotency, reconciliation, monitoring, and alerts.
• Collaborate with customers, product, and leadership to scale the integrations platform.
