Oxford Global Resources is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the ERP integration from Lawson to Oracle ERP in the San Francisco area. The role requires coordinating cross-functional teams, defining scope, and managing budgets and timelines for complex integration projects.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in IT project management and 7+ years in M&A integration initiatives, with strong Oracle ERP migration knowledge.

Qualifications

• 10+ years experience in IT project management.
• 7+ years leading IT project initiatives related to M&A integration or separation.
• Familiarity with Oracle ERP migrations and integrations.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives, develop detailed work plans, schedules and cost estimates.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across HR, Finance, Business Development and Communications.
• Produce complete project documentation including scope, schedules, budgets and status reports.
• Manage vendor tasks and review deliverables; ensure quality standards.
• Provide technical and analytical guidance to the project team.
