Oxford Global Resources is seeking a senior Project Manager to oversee the ERP integration from Lawson to Oracle ERP. You will align people, processes, and cross-functional teams to a single solution, with a strong focus on business process management and vendor deliverables.

The role requires deep Oracle ERP knowledge, migration planning, and an entrepreneurial perspective to manage upstream and downstream impacts across IT, HR, Finance and client services.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT project management with ERP integrations.
• Experience leading M&A integration or separation projects is preferred.
• Strong collaboration with HR, Finance, and business teams.

Responsibilities

• Define project scope and objectives for ERP integration projects.
• Develop work plans, schedules, budgets, and status reports.
• Coordinate with vendor tasks and ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Provide guidance to project teams and manage stakeholder expectations.
