Mackie Myers is partnering with a Food & Beverage company to recruit an ERP Integration Manager for a fully on-site role. You will lead ERP administration, integrations, data analytics, and enterprise applications to support operations and reporting across the business.

You will partner with business leaders, drive system improvements, ensure data governance, and manage vendor relationships while enabling user adoption and continuous improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in IS/CS/Business Admin or equiv experience.
• 5+ years managing ERP systems and enterprise apps.
• Hands-on with major ERP platforms (Sage X3, Dynamics, SAP, Oracle).
• Experience with integrations, configurations, and vendor mgmt.
• Experience with BI, analytics, and reporting tools (Power BI/Tableau/SQL).

Responsibilities

About the Role

We are seeking a detail-oriented and strategic ERP & Business Systems Manager to lead the administration, enhancement, integration, and optimization of ERP platforms and other business-critical applications. This is a fully on-site position and will serve as a key partner to business and functional leaders, ensuring technology solutions support operational efficiency, reporting needs, and broader business objectives. The position will also play an important role in system integration, data analytics, user adoption, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Own and administer the company’s ERP environment, including system enhancements, upgrades, configurations, customizations, and third-party vendor relationships.
• Oversee the performance, reliability, and functionality of business-critical applications.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex ERP and application issues, coordinating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
• Lead application integration initiatives and identify opportunities to improve system functionality, workflows, and performance.
• Develop and maintain business intelligence tools, dashboards, reports, and other analytics solutions that support data-driven decision-making.
• Partner with business leaders and department stakeholders to identify technology needs and improve utilization of enterprise systems.
• Lead user training, system documentation, and change-management initiatives to drive adoption and maximize the value of business applications.
• Establish and maintain appropriate system security, user access controls, data governance, and compliance practices.
• Evaluate existing processes and systems and recommend improvements that increase efficiency, scalability, and business value.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of experience managing ERP systems and enterprise business applications.
• Hands-on experience with a major ERP platform such as Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics, SAP, Oracle, or a comparable system.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving capabilities.
• Experience with application integrations, system configuration/customization, and technology vendor management.
• Experience with business intelligence, data analytics, and reporting tools such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, or similar technologies.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and translate business requirements into practical technology solutions.
