KORE1, a nationwide provider of staffing and recruiting solutions, is seeking an ERP & Business Applications Manager for a growing organization based in Santa Ana, CA.

This is a highly visible role responsible for leading a major ERP consolidation and implementation initiative across two U.S. manufacturing locations. The organization is transitioning from multiple legacy ERP platforms, including Sage X3 and Microsoft Dynamics NAV (Navision), to Aptean ERP integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

The ERP & Business Applications Manager will serve as the organization's internal ERP subject matter expert, working directly with executive leadership, internal business stakeholders, external consultants, vendors, and the Aptean implementation team to ensure a successful rollout and long-term adoption of the new platform.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the internal subject matter expert and primary point of contact for the organization's ERP environment.
• Lead and support the implementation and rollout of Aptean ERP / Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central across multiple manufacturing locations.
• Help consolidate legacy ERP environments and standardize business processes and data across locations.
• Act as the primary liaison between internal stakeholders, consultants, vendors, and the ERP implementation team.
• Partner with business leaders across departments to understand requirements, identify gaps, and translate operational needs into effective ERP solutions.
• Manage ERP configuration, enhancements, integrations, upgrades, and ongoing optimization.
• Troubleshoot complex ERP and business application issues and coordinate with external resources when needed.
• Manage vendor relationships, including negotiations, issue escalation, and ongoing support.
• Develop and deliver ERP training, documentation, and change-management initiatives to drive successful user adoption.
• Support application integrations, reporting, dashboards, and business intelligence initiatives.
• Maintain appropriate system security, access controls, compliance, and governance standards.
• Provide ongoing ERP support following implementation while identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce reliance on external support resources.
• Collaborate closely with IT, Supply Chain, Operations, Finance, and other business functions.

Required Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience working with ERP systems and enterprise business applications.
• Demonstrated experience supporting or leading a significant ERP implementation, migration, consolidation, or transformation.
• Strong understanding of ERP systems within a complex business or manufacturing environment.
• Experience working across technical and business teams to translate operational requirements into ERP solutions.
• Experience managing ERP vendors, consultants, integrations, system enhancements, and troubleshooting.
• Strong project leadership, analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to work effectively with executives, technical teams, vendors, and end users.
• Experience developing documentation and training users on ERP systems and business processes.
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• Ability to work fully onsite in Santa Ana, CA.
• Ability to travel occasionally to Madison, WI as needed.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Aptean ERP and/or Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
• Experience with Sage X3, Microsoft Dynamics NAV/Navision, SAP, or similar ERP platforms.
• Previous experience helping an organization transition from multiple legacy ERP systems to a standardized enterprise platform.
• ERP experience within a manufacturing or plant environment.
• Experience with business intelligence, dashboards, reporting, and data analytics.
• Experience with application integration, system customization, and change management.
