Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced ERP Integration Consultant to support the successful implementation, integration, and optimization of ERP systems across our enterprise. This role requires hands-on experience with Python, APIs, and SQL to develop and maintain robust data integrations between ERP platforms and various business applications. The ideal candidate will be adept at understanding business processes and translating them into technical solutions that drive efficiency and data integrity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead the design, development, and deployment of ERP integrations with internal and external systems using APIs and custom scripting.
• Create and maintain automated data pipelines using Python and SQL for data extraction, transformation, and loading (ETL).
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather business requirements and ensure seamless ERP system integration.
• Develop and manage RESTful APIs for real-time and batch data processing.
• Write and optimize complex SQL queries for data analysis, validation, and migration.
• Support ERP implementations (e.g., Infor, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, Microsoft Dynamics, and Plex) by configuring integrations and ensuring data accuracy.
• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues across systems, including ERP, CRM, WMS, and other enterprise platforms.
• Document integration architecture, workflows, and data mappings.
• Ensure integration solutions are secure, scalable, and compliant with data governance policies.

Required Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 3–7 years of experience in ERP systems integration or a similar technical role.
• Proficiency in Python for scripting and automation.
• Strong experience working with REST and SOAP APIs (creation and consumption).
• Advanced skills in SQL for data manipulation and reporting across relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Oracle).
• Experience with ETL tools, middleware, or integration platforms (e.g., Dell Boomi, MuleSoft, Apache Airflow, or similar).
• Familiarity with ERP systems such as Infor CSI/Syteline, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, or Microsoft Dynamics.
• Experience with Plex by Rockwell Automation is a major plus and will be prioritized.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with JSON, XML, and data serialization formats.
• Understanding of business processes in finance, supply chain, or manufacturing.
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Experience with Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
