Job summary

The AME Group, a leading Managed IT Service Provider based in the United States, seeks an ERP Implementation Specialist to guide organizations through planning, configuration, and post-launch optimization.

You will lead deployments across SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SYSPRO and Acumatica, with office-based or remote work options and travel for assignments. Strong communication, analytics, and ERP experience are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT or Business or related field (preferred).
• Experience in ERP system implementation (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SYSPRO and Acumatica).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
• Finance or Accounting background is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead ERP system implementation, configuration, and customization.
• Analyze business processes and align them with ERP functionalities.
• Oversee data migration from legacy systems.
• Provide training and support to employees.
• Collaborate with vendors to troubleshoot and enhance performance.

What You’ll Do

As a core member of our implementation team, you’ll play a vital role in guiding organizations through the ERP journey — from planning and configuration to post-launch optimization:

Who You Are

You're a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a tech-savvy problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments.

• This role can be office based or remote/work from home. Travel will be required for different implementation assignments.
• Experience in ERP system implementation (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SYSPRO and Acumatica)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT , Business or a related field (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• A background in Finance or Accounting is a PLUS!
