Job summary

The AME Group in the United States is seeking an ERP Implementation Specialist to lead deployments—from planning through post-launch optimization—for diverse client projects in South Bend and Mishawaka.

You will configure ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SYSPRO and Acumatica), analyze processes, migrate data, train staff, and collaborate with vendors to improve performance. This role can be office-based or remote; travel will be required for assignments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or related field preferred.
• Experience leading ERP system implementation projects.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent communication.

Who You Are

You’re a strategic thinker, a strong communicator, and a tech‑savvy problem solver who thrives in dynamic environments.

• Experience in ERP system implementation (SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, SYSPRO and Acumatica)
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business or a related field (preferred)
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
• A background in Finance or Accounting is a PLUS!
