Job summary

Prophet Software seeks an Implementation Specialist to join our ERP deployment team. Based in the Chicago area with frequent travel across North America, you will translate client needs into Prophet ERP configurations, run pre-live tests, and train end users. You will document configurations and processes, ensuring smooth go-live and ongoing support.

The role combines technical configuration with client-facing training and requires strong communication and problem-solving skills.

We are currently looking for an Implementation Specialist to be based out of the Chicago area.

JOB SPECIFICATION

• Understand client's business operations and how they can best use Prophet’s ERP software.
• Interpret client needs; configure and implement software solutions to agreed upon, pre-defined blueprint.
• Assist clients in preparing pre-live simulations and testing.
• Adhere to specific project plans and deadlines.
• Liaise with software development team to progress customer-specific modifications.
• Deliver end-user training and train others as needed.
• Complete comprehensive documentation to highest standard including configuration specifications, customer specific process guides and training documentation.
• Support clients through the go-live process.
• Travel to client sites throughout North America; Travel up to 40% of total time.
