Job summary

Mercer Valve Co in Oklahoma City, OK is seeking an experienced professional to support the ERP transition to Sage 100 Premium. You will serve as the primary liaison between Accounting and IT, assist with system setup, data validation, end-user training and participate in testing.

This role requires strong Excel and Word skills, a solid understanding of accounting principles, and prior ERP experience (BusinessMan or Sage 100 Premium).

Qualifications

• Proficient in Excel and Word for data entry and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary IT contact for the accounting team.
• Support the transition of BusinessMan to Sage 100 Premium
• Assist with gathering, documenting and communicating accounting and operational requirements for Sage 100 Premium implementation.
• Participate in software implementation meetings and project planning sessions.
• Support data conversion activities, including validation and reconciliation of migrated data.
• Assist in resolving system issues and coordinating testing and corrective actions.
• Validate transaction processing, reporting and financial data accuracy.
• Assist in developing training materials and user documentation.
• Conduct training sessions for end users on Sage ERP processes and functionality.
