Job summary

MWRA in Chelsea, MA is seeking a Systems Analyst/Programmer III-ERP HCM to analyze, design, develop, test, implement and maintain Infor CloudSuite ERP/HCM solutions. This role focuses on HCM modules including GHR, WFM and Payroll, ensuring required functionality is delivered and supported.

The position also serves as MIS team leader for assigned projects, collaborating with HR, Payroll and MIS to ensure seamless operation and data integrity.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or related field.
• Five+ years of experience supporting ERP applications or an equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Massachusetts driver's license.
• ITIL Foundation Certification or the ability to obtain within one year.
• Position may be eligible for telework up to 50% of the work week.

Responsibilities

• Analyze, design, develop, test, implement and maintain software within Infor CloudSuite ERP/HCM.
• Serve as the HCM application administrator and MIS team leader for assigned projects.
• Collaborate with MIS, HR and Payroll to ensure functionality.
• Ensure HCM processes comply with organizational requirements and standards.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions and configurations.
• Develop, test and implement workflows and reports to meet end user needs.
• Configure user roles and permissions; troubleshoot issues as they arise.
• Maintain payroll, GHR, and WFM configurations and data integrity.
• Develop and support application integrations and tax/compliance workflows.
• Create technical documentation and assist with IT Continuity/Disaster Recovery.
