Job summary

GROWMARK, Inc. in Bloomington, IL, seeks a seasoned accounting leader to manage the general ledger system and consolidate financial reporting for the GROWMARK group and its subsidiaries.

The role oversees monthly/quarterly/annual statements, engages with SAP ECC/S4 and OneStream platforms, and guides controllers on consolidation processes. A college degree in accounting/finance is required, with CPA/MBA preferred.

Qualifications

• College degree in accounting, finance, business administration or equivalent.
• CPA or MBA preferred for advanced accounting knowledge.
• Demonstrates business knowledge, collaboration, communication, and decision making.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and satisfactory driving record.
• Experience with general ledger, fixed assets, and consolidated financial reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for GROWMARK and subsidiaries.
• Prepare consolidated financial reports and bank group statements.
• Oversee General Ledger system administration including reporting and COA management.
• Lead SAP ECC/S4 and OneStream implementations and security management.
• Provide guidance to controllers for consolidated financial statements and overhead analysis.
