Lead staff accountants, guide SAP ECC, BPC, SAC and OneStream usage, contribute to SAP S4 and OneStream projects, and ensure GAAP-compliant consolidated reporting with strong internal controls.

Qualifications

• Requires college degree in accounting, finance, business administration or equivalent and 6–8 years of related work experience.
• CPA or MBA preferred for advanced accounting knowledge.
• Demonstrates skills in leadership, collaboration, communication, and decision making.

Responsabilités

• Manages monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements for GROWMARK and subsidiaries.
• Prepares consolidated financial reports and bank group statements.
• Oversees general ledger system administration and chart of accounts management.
• Supports SAP S4 (ECC replacement) and OneStream implementation projects.
• Guides subsidiary controllers for consolidated financial reporting.
