Job summary

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in ERP within SCM, MFG, and FIN modules (Deltek preferred), SDLC experience, and familiarity with SOX and US government contracting.

Qualifications

• ERP experience within SCM, MFG, and FIN modules (Deltek preferred).
• Experience with solution development life cycle (SDLC) methodologies.
• Experience working with large application implementation teams.
• Experience working in a US public company and familiarity with SOX and government contracting.

Responsibilities

• Be the Business Readiness Owner for ERP at Goleta.
• Develop in-depth knowledge of operational and business processes in ERP scope.
• Serve as local contact for user questions, training needs, reporting, and enhancements.
• Collaborate with ERP and Business Systems teams for site-wide initiatives and issues.
• Support SDLC activities: design, testing, data migration, go-live, and post go-live support.
• Create and maintain site policies and documents impacted by ERP changes.
• Champion integrated processes, data flows, and value creation.
• Provide regular updates to senior leadership and stakeholders.
