Job summary

Particle Measuring Systems, based in Colorado, seeks a Functional Analyst to support and configure Infor CSIE Supply Chain, Inventory, and Warehouse modules within a major ERP transformation program. You will be the SME for procurement, warehouse, and Factory Track workflows, with liaison to ERP Admin and developers.

The role emphasizes end‑to‑end process knowledge, documentation, and cross‑functional collaboration, in a hybrid Niwot environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations, Business, or Information Systems.
• 3+ years direct module ownership in Infor CSIE Supply Chain, Inventory, or Warehouse.
• 5+ years ERP experience supporting procurement, inventory, and warehouse functions.
• Solid understanding of procure‑to‑pay, inventory control, and multi‑site material flows.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities for functional issues.
• Excellent cross‑functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain CSIE modules for Purchasing, Vendor Management, Inventory, Warehouse Operations, Logistics, and Factory Track.
• Provide functional user support and troubleshooting for procurement, receiving, inventory, and shipping issues.
• Investigate inventory accuracy, material movements, and transaction flows to ensure accuracy and proper configuration.
• Collaborate with Operations and Procurement to optimize procure‑to‑pay (P2P) and warehouse execution through system settings and workflows.
• Maintain technical solution and configuration documentation, and collaborate with Super Users and SMEs on end‑user training materials and SOPs across the Supply Chain, Warehouse, and Procurement domains.
• Partner with the ERP Admin and Developers to test patches, releases, and integration enhancements.
• Manage support cases with Infor for Supply Chain, Warehouse, or Factory Track incidents.
• Continuously evaluate processes for improvements in efficiency, quality, and safety.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Supply Chain, Warehouse & Procurement Functional Analyst to support, configure, and maintain procurement, inventory, warehouse, and logistics modules within Infor CloudSuite Industrial Enterprise (LN). This is a functional support role responsible for ensuring end users can effectively execute purchasing, receiving, inventory, and shipping processes through correct configuration and guidance. You will be the primary subject matter expert for all supply chain, warehouse, and procurement modules — including Factory Track operational flows — providing user support, system setup, and technical solution documentation.

Work Environment & Physical Requirements

Position Information: This is a full‑time, project‑based position supporting Program Nexus. Employment is expected to continue for the duration of the program based on business needs. Continued employment beyond the completion of the project is not guaranteed. Particle Measuring Systems is an at‑will employer. This role primarily operates in an office/lab/manufacturing environment. Must be able to sit, stand, and use a computer for extended periods of time Schedule: Primarily business hours with occasional after‑hours testing or cutovers. Occasional lifting of up to 20 lbs. may be required.

Compensation & Benefits

Competitive base salary range: $92000 - 120000, depending on experience
