Job summary

Particle Measuring Systems in Niwot, Colorado, seeks a Finance, Compliance & Order-to-Cash Functional Analyst to configure Infor CSIE and related modules, guiding end users and ensuring accurate financial processes. You will own GL, AP, AR, costing, pricing and billing workflows and collaborate with ERP admins on system improvements.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years of ERP module ownership, with strong cross‑functional communication and a focus on audits and SoD compliance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Information Systems.
• 3+ years of direct module ownership in Infor CSIE Finance, Costing, or Order-to-Cash.
• 5+ years ERP experience supporting GL, AP, AR, costing, and order-to-cash functions.
• Solid understanding of accounting principles, costing, inter-site transactions, and revenue flows.
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical abilities for functional issues.
• Excellent cross-functional communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Configure and maintain CSIE modules for GL, AP, AR, Cost Accounting, and Order-to-Cash.
• Provide functional user support and troubleshoot finance and reporting issues.
• Investigate postings, variances, intercompany flows and revenue recognition for accuracy.
• Support period close, audits and SoD/compliance reviews with the business.
• Create documentation and training materials across Finance, Compliance and Order-to-Cash.
• Collaborate with ERP Admins/Developers to test patches and reporting enhancements.
• Manage support cases with Infor for Finance, Compliance and Order-to-Cash incidents.
